Innovate Compliance collects and processes limited personal information, principally the name and contact details of its network contacts, third party partners and clients. We retain this information for the sole purpose of maintaining our professional network and, where agreed, the provision of Innovate Compliance's thought leadership content or other services.

We will never share your contact details with a third party without your express consent. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the lawful basis we rely on for processing this information is your consent at the time you provide your details to us. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this through our contact form.

Your information is securely stored within in our database. We will dispose of your information through deletion should you request we do so or within one year of the last contact.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
